 A native of Atlanta, Jonathan Ginsberg has been in private law practice for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Tulane University and Tulane University College of Law.
Jonathan actively participates in Social Security disability activities at both a local and national level. As an experienced attorney, Jonathan offers guidance and mentorship to lawyers entering into the disabiltiypractice area. He regularly presents workshops at continuing legal education seminars in the Atlanta area and he has spoken about SSDI and SSI issues to professional organizations serving accountants and elder law professionals.
In 2009, Jonathan was selected by Solo Practice University to teach a course called “Creating a Social Security Disability Practice.” This ambitious educational project seeks to bridge the gap between law school and private practice for lawyers who wish to enter into practice
Jonathan also publishes a Social Security disability blog and a Social Security disability podcast, along with several web sites that address disability issues.
